Our Evening of Hope events are an opportunity to join survivors, supporters and representatives from the community for some good food, fellowship and fun. This year, we are thrilled to have Ron Blake as our Keynote speaker. In his Ted talk, Strangers, Hope, and Sharpie Markers Saved My Life, Ron shares how, in the darkness of PTSD, he found inspiration in a dream of meeting strangers and achieving his goal of appearing on The Late Show with Stephen Colbert! Several thousand strangers later, Ron has earned the reputation of being an inspirational speaker for survivors and supporters alike.
We are also excited to have the talented singer and songwriter, Brad Simpson performing live his amazing song, “Monster”. It will surely tug at your heart and give you reason to smile.
