Group Type
This group is for 6 participants (plus facilitators). This course is gender-specific and offered only to WOMEN participants.
Dates
The therapist led Support Group sessions will be held on Wednesdays from 3:00-4:30 PM AZ TIME
The upcoming Sexual Anorexia Support Group TBD
All sessions will be virtual using a secure Zoom. A link will be sent to participants prior to each session.
Cost
The fee for a complete 8 week group commitment is $200. Participants cannot purchase individual sessions (see Terms and Conditions below).
Payment is due in two halves - half ($100) is due as soon as your booking is accepted and the the remainder is due prior to the start of the fifth session of each 8 week commitment.

Terms and Conditions
Privacy Statement
We are committed to protecting your privacy. Only representatives of Courageous Survivors (including the therapists who lead Support Group sessions) use any information collected from individual customers. Virtual sessions are held using the Zoom platform with meeting information that is unique to each course. We do not record any part of the virtual sessions and recording by any participant is strictly prohibited. If any attendee is found to have recorded any part of a session, their registration will be terminated withour refund of any unused monies.
Confidentiality
Other than for the purposes of scheduling and administering the Support Groups, Courageous Survivors does not maintain Client records relating to the content of the sessions. Information gathered as part of the registration (such as personal details, intake questions and payment details) are regarded as confidential and therefore will not be divulged to any third party, other than if legally required to do so to the appropriate authorities. Clients have the right to request sight of, and copies of any and all Client Records we keep, on the proviso that we are given reasonable notice of such a request. We will not sell, share, or rent your personal information to any third party or use your e-mail address for unsolicited mail. Any emails sent by this Company will only be in connection with the provision of agreed services and products.
Copyright
Material provided to participants in the Support Groups is the intellectual property of Courageous Survivors and is protected by Copyright.
Liabilities
The value gained from therapeutic support groups such as Courageous Connections depends upon both the experience of those facilitating and the engagement of the attendees. Courageous Survivors maintains a structure for the Support Groups and is thorough in selecting appropriately trained therapists to lead them. Courageous Survivors cannot guarantee the outcome of any of the group sessions which depend upon the attendee to commit to engage in the structure and process provided. Similarly, Courageous Survivors accepts no liability for damages arising out of or in connection with your participation at a Support Group session.
Payment
Payments is made through the Courageous Survivors Shop (a link will be provided once your booking is accepted) by Credit/Debit card and handled through Stripe (see this Website's Notices regarding the secure payment processing). Attendees are required to pay 50% ($100) of the total group commitment as soon as the booking has been confirmed and the remaining 50% prior to the start of the fifth session.
Attendees must commit to paying for a complete 8 week commitment. This ensures commitment to the process. Courageous Survivors reserves the right to withhold session attendance from any participant who does not abide by the payment conditions.
Cancellation Policy
Attendees are signing up for the complete 8 week commitment of group sessions and not individual sessions. We ask that you advise us if you will be not be able to attend but fees are not refunded for non-attendance. In the event that you find yourself unable to complete a course (because of unavoidable personal changes or other therapeutic reasons) please reach out Courageous Survivors so we can discuss and decide on appropriate refunds.
Termination of Sessions and/or Group Members
Courageous Survivors has the right to cancel any Support Group sessions - even for a course that is underway. We would only do so for unavoidable causes. In the event that an alternative session cannot be provided, we will refund session fees to affected attendees. Courageous Survivors has the right to ask a member to leave a group for any reason and will refund the group member for any sessions that they have paid for.
Notification of Changes
Courageous Survivors reserves the right to change these conditions from time to time as it sees fit and will provide all attendees with details of any changes although continued attendance at sessions will constitute acceptance of the revisions.
By agreeing to these terms, you are committing to engage in a Courageous Connections course of Support Group sessions and to making payment at the required times
