Order a Reflection Plaque
The Courageous Survivors Reflection Wall is a place to reflect upon the far-reaching impacts of Sexual Trauma.
It is our intention that the Reflection Wall will be placed permanently in an appropriate location. For now, though, the wall is a virtual one, hosted here on our website.
Plaques on the wall honor all those who are affected - directly or indirectly - by these impacts. Survivors, family members, friends and health providers are all honored equally, as are our inner children.
You are invited to place your own plaque on the wall.
There is no charge for placing plaques on the wall.
About the plaques
Plaques are available in three sizes:
Small - suitable for shorter dedications (up to 3 lines and an icon)
Medium - suitable for longer lines (up to 4 lines and an icon)
Large - suitable for more detailed dedications (up to 6 lines and an icon)
How to order a plaque
To order a plaque, simply complete the form below.
Once we receive your order, we will prepare an image of the plaque which will be emailed
to you for review. Once you approve the design, your plaque will be placed on
the wall and you will receive a confirmation email.
Icons
In addition to the wording you want on the plaque, you can include an icon.
Below are the icons we have available but if there is something you specifically want
and there is nothing suitable, let us know and we will do our best to find something.
