The services we provide to Adult Survivors
For survivors of sexual trauma, the path to peace can be challenging. Recovery from the effects of the trauma requires work and many different elements of support.
Courageous Survivors works to provide survivors with the necessary resources to handle the challenge of whatever stage of recovery they may be at.
We rely upon the generosity of our donors and the work of our volunteers to make our services available to all survivors.
Connections
We provide ways for adult survivors of sexual trauma to share their strength and hope with others who understand.
Join our Courageous Connection Social Group (see info below) for details on how to join, or click here for info
Ruth Place
We offer referrals and scholarships to Ruth Place, a community recovery center that addresses chronic and complex trauma rooted in repeated sexual assault, childhood sexual abuse, incest, and sexual trafficking.
Virtual Sexual Abuse Support Group
A virtual support group for women with a history of sexual trauma. Led by a licensed therapist, this group offers women a safe place to connect with others who have similar experiences. For info, contact janet@courageoussurvivors.org
Downloadable Tools
Check out our Downloads area where we give survivors access to resources that other survivors have found helpful on their journey.
Social Group
A group for women who want to connect with other survivors to share strength and hope. This is not a therapy group. It is simply to get to know others with similar experiences to provide connection and hope. Contact janet@courageoussurvivors.org for more info
