Diana's Healing Message For January

Happy New Year brave and courageous survivors!  My hope for you for 2024 is that you find peace, love, hope and grace.  

Being a survivor, no matter what stage we are in is not easy and takes courage.  Please know we at Courageous Survivors are hear to help you walk through the journey.  You do not have to walk alone.

For the new year please find one word that expresses who you are or who you hope to become in your healing and use that word to help you grow stronger every day.  For me my 2024 word will be peace.  I have found peace among friends at Courageous Survivors and I have found peace becoming newly retired.  2024 will bring for me a new granddaughter in February and a 40th wedding anniversary in October.

My wish for your new year is that you find peace as well and that only good things happen to you this year and when they don't, please reach out to us at Courageous Survivors to help!
